Exchange/Return Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible. Please review the following terms and conditions before completing your purchase. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Returns or exchange requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your order.

Please Note, Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. If you receive a damaged item, please provide photos so we can address the issue.

For all the orders you will receive store credit valid for one year at your registered email or phone number.

Orders placed with store credits can only be returned for store credit; they are not refundable.

Since the courier partners will only deliver the products for which pickup is scheduled, we will not be held accountable for any unaccounted items that are turned over. To avoid any loss or damage during transportation, please ensure that the replaced items are packed safely and securely.

Reverse Pickup Service: A home pickup service is available for ₹100. This fee will be deducted from your refund for each return request. Also, Customers who cancel prepaid orders after they are shipped will be charged ₹100 for the reverse shipment.

The product usually arrives in 6-7 days. After the goods is received, it will be inspected, and we will issue the store credit within 24 to 48 hours.
